America, a country rich in diversity and a leader in human rights, is the greatest social experiment in history. It is incumbent upon America's youth to lead democracy into the 21st century if this country is to continue to be successful. The complex issues of the new Taxation Law at hand may have crucial affects on the future of America just as Colonial America so severely impacted and shaped America of today.

As time is of the essence and the information you are about to embark on a journey to collect is so vital to our decision, it is admirable that you, as a representative of today's youth, have accepted the challenge of the National Youth Commission and Presidential and Congressional alliance to inform us of colonial life and government and their affects on the states of today.
